Bronze Health Assessment
Ideal for those under 40, this package offers a thorough general health assessment:
- A GP consultation, to review your medical history and address any concerns.
- Essential observations such as blood pressure, BMI and an ECG.
- Urinalysis and a chest x-ray, if indicated.
- A comprehensive series of blood tests.
- Detailed examinations across cardiovascular, respiratory, musculoskeletal, neurological, abdominal, ENT, skin and gender specific areas (breast, testicles, prostate).
- A follow up appointment and a full report with recommendations.

Silver Health Assessment
Recommended for everyone, especially those over 40. This package builds on the Bronze Health Assessment through additional, in depth testing:
- Everything included in the Bronze Health Assessment.
- Additional tests, such as a stool sample for colon cancer screening.
- PSA blood test for men.
- CA125 blood test for women.

Gold Health Assessment
Our most comprehensive package is suitable for all ages and includes personalised follow-up care:
- Everything included in the Bronze & Silver Health Assessments.
- An ultrasound scan (abdominal for men/pelvic for women).
- Echocardiogram, for detailed heart function analysis.
- A choice of a personalised coaching session with a dietitian, psychologist, or physiotherapist, based on your needs.

How do I book my health screening appointment?
You can book your appointment through our website’s enquiry page, by calling us on 01296 678800, by emailing enquiries@royalbucks.co.uk or in person at our hospital.
Our phone lines are open Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00, with health screenings available on weekdays.
Please have your card details ready, as these will be required to secure your booking.
What information will I need to give in advance?
You’ll need to complete a pre-appointment questionnaire, please arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment to fill this out, You can also request a link to an online version of the questionnaire, print this out and bring with you.
Is there a waiting period to receive my results?
Results are typically available within 7 working days, depending on the complexity of the tests included in your package. You will be contacted by phone to arrange a follow-up appointment, where your results can be discussed.
What are the differences between the Bronze, Silver, and Gold packages?
The Bronze package is designed for a general health assessment, ideal for those under 40. The Silver package offers more in depth examinations, suitable for those over 40, The Gold package provides our most comprehensive option, a sound choice for anyone seeking an extensive health check, with personalised follow-up care.
What is included in the follow-up appointment?
The follow-up appointment includes a detailed discussion of your test results with a healthcare professional. You will receive personalised recommendations and a full report summarising your screening findings.
What payment options are available?
We accept all major credit cards and bank transfers. Full payment is required at the time of booking and should be made before the appointment.
Can I upgrade my package after booking?
Yes, you can upgrade your package at any time before or after your screening appointment. Please contact us to make the necessary arrangements.
What happens if my screening results indicate a health issue?
If any issues are detected, our team will provide you with detailed information and refer you to a specialist, for further evaluation and treatment if necessary.
